If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged a 60% cancellation fee for all appointments. If this is a reaccurance, you will be prohibited from booking at her studio & co! if you are more than 10 minutes late you will kindly be asked to reschedule and charged 100% of the service booked. If you no-show or same day cancellation you will be charged 100% of the service booked. No refunds or exceptions made. You are required to put a card on file before booking an appointment. For all appointments there will be a non-refundable deposit of $25 - no exceptions, if not paid 3 days before appointment it will be cancelled. If your card on file declines, you will be banned from booking until previous fee is paid in full. we accept cash & card! Other payments vary by your service provider. before booking please verify what method is accepted! we understand life happens & are willing to work with you if you communicate with us at her studio & co!
